Project delivery guide

This handover is intentionally divided into two connected destinations. Together, the portal and Google Drive package constitute the complete Stafford Timberland delivery.

01 · Presentation layer

Stafford Timberland Delivery Portal

The front-facing viewing, orientation and stakeholder-presentation layer. Use it for the finished showcase films, curated property photography and mapping overviews.

02 · Technical layer

Controlled Google Drive archive

The detailed download source for full-resolution masters, original media, property indexes, flight records and master KMZ files. The Drive archive is not intended to replace the presentation portal.

Recommended sequence

View first. Download second. Preserve the complete record.

Begin in the portal for viewing, orientation and stakeholder presentation.

Use the property links and Google Drive when full-resolution or technical files are required.

Download, verify and independently back up the complete Drive package, retaining the delivered filenames and folder structure.

Important retention date14 February 2027

Google Drive is a temporary transfer and review location, not a permanent archive. Stafford Timberland should complete and verify its own managed-server copy and independent backup by this date.
